For Real Estate Agents

Curious about REAL?
Let’s actually look at the math.

Not a pitch deck. Not a call you have to sit through to get the numbers. Run your own production through REAL Broker’s published commission plan below, hear from two agents actually on it, and reach me directly when you’re ready — on your terms, whichever of those you’re here for.

Which one is you?

This page was built for three kinds of agents.

Not with REAL yet

You’ve seen a video or two

You’re not shopping brokerages on a whim — you want to see the actual numbers before you spend an hour on a call. Good. Start with the calculator below using your own production.

Why I’m the one asking

I’m not just recommending REAL.
I sponsor agents into it.

I moved my own business to REAL Broker and I sponsor other agents who make the same move — which means my name is actually attached to how it goes for you, not just the sign-up. I’ll tell you what changes, what doesn’t, and what I’d want to know if I were you.

Enter what you’re actually closing today. This compares it against REAL’s official commission and fee schedule — cap, post-cap fee, BEOP fee and annual brokerage fee all included — side by side with a simplified version of your current split.

Beyond the split

What else changes when you join.

No cap, no ceiling after you cap Once you hit your annual cap, you keep 100% of every commission for the rest of the year — REAL only charges a fixed transaction fee from there.
5-Tier revenue share Earn up to 5% of REAL’s revenue split — up to $4,000 — for every agent you refer in who caps, across five tiers based on how many agents you’ve brought in.
Stock ownership Elect to invest a share of your commission (5% pre-cap, 10% after) into REAL stock (Nasdaq: REAX) and REAL adds a 10–15% match on top.
Elite Agent status Hit Elite Agent status and your post-cap transaction fee drops from $285 to $129 — the calculator below already accounts for both tiers.
Real Wallet — banking built for the job A debit card and business-banking platform (Real Broker Financial, LLC; banking by Thread Bank, Member FDIC) that shows commissions, revenue share and stock awards in one place, earns up to 2.5 points per dollar spent toward cutting your transaction fees, and includes a Tax Planning account that sets aside your tax savings automatically.
Real Wallet Capital — cash flow between closings Eligible agents can get same-day access to funds against a deal already in the pipeline, without a bank visit or a loan application — built for the gap between “under contract” and “commission check.”
Real Originate — a second income stream on deals you already have Through One Real Mortgage Corp., eligible agents in participating states can become a part-time, NMLS-licensed loan officer paired with a Mortgage Loan Officer — earning on the lending side of a transaction you’re already working. Availability depends on state licensing.
Leo — REAL’s AI concierge A built-in AI assistant agents can ask about things like transaction payouts, document questions and marketing assets, any time, instead of waiting on a support ticket.
reZEN platform + Real Academy training REAL’s own transaction and back-office platform (reZEN) plus Real Academy training and mentorship access to help you ramp up fast — this is part of what the merger with RE/MAX is expected to extend to more agents over time.
Health benefits Access to medical, dental and vision coverage options for you and your family — not something most independent-contractor brokerage models offer at all.

Program terms sourced from joinreal.com, onereal.com/pages/real-wallet and onerealmortgage.com/originate as of 2026, subject to change, and in some cases dependent on your state — confirm current terms and availability with REAL directly before deciding.

Questions

Before you scroll to the form.

No — you can sign up on your own. But think about it the way you would a buyer or seller walking into a real estate deal with no agent representing them: allowed, but why would you? Naming a sponsor doesn’t cost you anything — your split, your cap, your fees are exactly the same either way. If something I’ve put out is part of why you’re even considering this, all I’m asking is to be the one in your corner for the move and everything after — that’s the whole job of a sponsor.
No. REAL Broker, LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage. Its parent, Real REMAX Group, is a publicly traded company on Nasdaq under the ticker REAX. Revenue share is a production-based referral bonus paid when someone you referred actually caps as a producing agent, not a recruiting fee, and it’s entirely optional.
Yes. Real Brokerage and RE/MAX Holdings closed their combination in August 2026, forming a new public parent, Real REMAX Group (still Nasdaq: REAX). The two brands kept operating separately — RE/MAX and Motto Mortgage stayed on their own franchise model, and REAL stayed exactly what it was: its own owned brokerage brand. Joining through this page means joining REAL Broker specifically, not a RE/MAX franchise, and it doesn’t change your ICA, commission plan, or cap.
Too early for me to promise specifics, but early reporting on the deal points to agents on both brands eventually sharing access to REAL’s tech platform (reZEN) and its AI tools. I’ll tell you plainly if and when that actually shows up for agents — I’m not going to oversell something that hasn’t happened yet.
Your license in hand to transfer, proof of auto liability insurance (REAL’s minimum is $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident), and a plan to join your local Realtor board within 30 days of signing — REAL asks for the license transfer paperwork within 2 business days of your Effective Date. None of that is unusual for a brokerage move; I walk every agent I sponsor through it so nothing gets missed.
Maybe not. Run your numbers in the calculator first — it takes under a minute. If the math doesn’t move, you’ve lost nothing. If it does, that’s worth a conversation.
